After a blustery start and some 'DAMAGE' to the tent the day turned out to be a cracker. 27 cars on the stand including some welcome 'newbies'. Hope they enjoyed their first club outing. Thanks must go to the usual suspects for setup/breakdown, barbecue duties, etc especially Bernie McGuinness and Helena Summers for their yummy confectionery. They could not be with us today but sent the next best thing, (no not their husbands!!). Congrats to Martin and Paddy Kearns who won 'The Kit and Custom Car of the Show' with their recently completed Robin Hood. Without you all and your cars the club stand at shows would not be feasable so thank you all again.
Charlie

Another eventful day at the Terenure Show! :D

A big turn-out across the board with an estimate of 1500 exhibtor cars on display! The club stand was packed with old and new members cars. Great to meet a few new people and examine a few new cars I hadn't seen before. Well done to all you made the trip.

As charlie said, our tent received some damage from the high winds...infact I think most tents suffered a little...but none as bad a this club tent! :D

A big thanks to all you helped out on the day, whatever part you played, big or small. It never ceases to amaze me what good members we have in our club.

Lots more Club stand photos uploaded to the Gallery Section of the Website, here :Photos - Terenure 4th July 2010
