Innishannon Show Weekend Trip
This Show is a two day event, Sun 5th & Mon 6th June. The plan for the weekend is to arrive on the Saturday, attend the show on the Sunday only and then do a local run on the Monday before setting off home.

More details of the actual show and venue found here.

Accommodation
Oriel House Hotel, Ballincollig - T: +353 (0) 21 4208400
2 nights Bed & Breakfast with one Evening meal...€99pps
Arrival Date: Sat 4th June 2011
Departure Date: Mon 6th June 2011

Innishannon Show on the June bank holiday week-end. Last year a number of us atttended this show and we stayed in the Oriel House Hotel, Ballincollig. It was a great show and the hotel was superb. This year we intend as a club to attend this show again. A number of people plan to stay in this hotel again. The rate is €99 per person sharing for 2 nights B &B and 1 evening meal - the same as last year. The hotel has a wedding this weekend and I believe that the rooms are filling up. Paschal and myself have booked our room today. :D :D

Look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at this event. Also the hotel has a lovely leisure centre attached and is in the centre of Ballincollig.

I am planning to do a run down on the Sunday early morning, spend a few hours at the show and head home Sunday evening. All weather forecast permitting.

We were planning on stopping in Horse & Jockey for lunch so would probably be at Midway around noon. Anyone else going?

Innisshannon proved to be another great weekend away. Hotel was great. We got the best of the weather down in Cork. Turnout of members from the south was disappointing given the numbers we have in Cork alone.
We had a great run on Sunday evening following the show around old head of Kinsale.
Some of us called into Blarney on the way home on Monday.

Paschal
