would you like to meet up at the coachmans @ 9am to drive down together

Instead of the Coachmans, why not meet up at the Travel Lodge on the Navan Road, just off the M50 Interchange at Blanchardstown. Straight run out to Dunboyne village from there. That way anyone coming from either North or Sound bound on the M50 is not going out of their way. Would be nice to see a convoy arriving in the Village. 8)

Restaurant in the Travel Lodge opens at 7am Daily so no problems grabbing a coffee while waiting on people to arrive. ;)

Leave Travel Lodge approx. 9.45am and arrive in Dunboyne about 10am.

I thought I was the early bird for shows until I recieved a call from Larry who has spent the last hour waiting at the travelodge for others to turn up for the Spirit of Dunboyne show. It's only 24 hours too early!!!
Hope you brought your tent Larry

As a model IKCC member I selflessly went for a recki over to the travelodge at the appointed time (9.45) for TOMORROW,S meeting spot. Just for the guy,s heading over TOMORROW know there are two nasty speed bumps on entry short in lenght but quiet high, I have 90mm under my sump and just made it over , anyone with less beware!!.
Any part time ballroom dance treachers saying I was there a day early are scourilliously misrepresentating me.
Looking forward to seeing the vast majority of you TOMORROW  .

Overall a great day yesterday at Dunboyne. The rain spoilt a little bit for an hour or two but it was nice in the morning and surprisingly warm late afternoon! :?

Anyway, I think we had roughly 19 cars lined up on the Starting Grid for our parade laps. Some very dodgy wet spots where a few people got caught out!

I have a few pics which I'll upload later. Didn't take many so if anyone has any will they throw them up please. If not don't worry, I think I saw a professional photographer at every bend on the track so I'm sure everyone's cars will pop up on the different websites over the next few days.

A big thanks to the Dunboyne Motor Club for putting on a great event and one which was very well organised. This years format worked at an absolute threat. 8)

Yeap it was a grand day out and great to see so many members out . The rain did spoil it a bit but we soon dried out .
A big thank you to Charles for pulling it all together and putting a super effort from early morining and running around all day getting all the paper work done.
Still think we should of had it on saturday the weather was that little bit better.

A youtube clip I just found from the event. You can see some the first wave of Kit Cars leaving the start line.
