Yep im really delighted with it now...I got it fully resprayed, every inch of it and every little tiny fibre glass crack filled, I got the alloys resprayed, Calipers too and I also got all of the black mesh painted a black gloss...Its really like a brand new car!! Paul Stewart on New Wapping St., Dublin 1 done it...we use him for all our cars in the garage...He is the best! Recently I also got 4 new Spax adjustable shocks (which im LOVING learning to use!) and now im saving up for a set of specially designed vx220 black alloys from Thorney Motorsport and gonna stick a set of Toyo Semi-Slick tyres on them for trackdays...then I can rest...Till I find something else I wana fix!!

Weather dry and windy in Kilbeggan today. Tent up, flags out, kettle on and ready to party. Tomorrow going to be a cracking day. Big shindig on here tonight, about 12 from club camping not counting UKCC crowd. See you all tomorrow bright and early. Call me on 0862525445 for any info.

What a show!! First thanks must go to Joe Keenan the organiser of the event. His hospitality was second to none, great pitch, Saturday afternoon cruise to Moate and back via "The Well Pub" (only one and I was a passenger), free barbecue (feeding the five thousand and Ben), movies (smokie and the bandit and convoy), bonfire, music and a place to sleep. And that was only Saturday!! Sunday his staff and himself ran a great car show, we will be back next year and needing more space. Thanks again Joe.

IKCC catering services were supplied by Damo and his able KP Ray. Once again lads you outdid yourselves. Next year we will be going for our first star!! Thanks also to Pat for suppling the meat.

The able construction team of MaryRose, Ray, Derek, Dave, Clive, Charlie and site foreman (and camping coordinator) Ben can be proud of their erection skills. (Easy I mean the markee and tents).

Weather, what can I say. The Met Office have been on asking where I get my info, boy is that going to cost them

Last but by no means least are you guys. Without you and your cars we would not have had a great show and have a club where everyone feels welcome. Special thanks must go to our UKCC friends, what a great bunch. (When they come to town you have to hide the Whiskey). Bringing down 6 super cars and 15 members it really swelled our numbers and greatly added to the occasion. Thanks George and crew. Speaking of numbers, what a turn out 37 cars and several new members. Not a record (42 phoenix park 2007) but it bodes well for next year. Regular atendee Tommy Morrisey lost a sump plug on the way and had to abandon trip. Hope car is ok Tommy.

Ok it is time to reach around and clap yourselves on the back when you guys turn up it makes my life much easier running events. Many thanks to you all who made the effort and to those who wanted to come but could not. See you all again soon (I wont stop givingyou all grief sorry).

Ps. Hope I have'nt forgotten anyone

i agree what a show and super weather too which made it as well as the turn out. Makes me want to get the nova on the road even more now after that show and charlie i`ll race ya to see who has car on road 1st :D :D the club should defo be there next year as it was well organized and some spectacular cars there too, never knew there was that much american cars and trucks and hot rods in ireland so next year we need a bigger turn out of kitcars to overshadow the americans :D I also have a good dvd of the show if anyone has the software and a pc for tha matter there more than welcome to copy it for the club. must actually give it to pascal too. Oh and damo you make some great burgers :D
