I don't think I'll have the Indy anywhere near finished, still not back in the house yet. and the garage is still stuffed. I'll probably fly over and meet you at the show.

we have set the price in euros two nights b/b €140 this price is for the room with two breakfast on each day, if the exchange rate changes we may have to charge a surcharge, we only have twenty rooms booked so get your cheques in payable to the Irish Kit Car Club and send it to the membership sec (Paschal) the rooms are on a first come basis. address to send cheques to is in the members section

Please note that the special deals negotiated for ferries and hotels are conditional on being a paid-up member of the club. Reminders have been sent out to those members not yet paid for 2009.

Time is creeping up fast. Those members who require the Hotel deal should have payment in by end Feb which is next Saturday. Anyone who will be at Cars&Coffee on Sunday can pay then as I expect to be there. Also if your club membership fee is outstanding I won't refuse that either.
All cheques should be made payable to Irish Kit Car Club and sent to

The QOC committee have met this weekend to discuss details about this years Stoneleigh show.  As a club we have an annual free of charge bbq to our members and this year we will include catering for the IKCC.  We are also planning to feed members from both clubs for the following meals during the show weekend.

Saturday evening meal
Sunday breakfast
Sunday evening bbq – post QOC AGM
Monday breakfast

We will be setting aside an area on our club stand for your cars and will be delighted to see you all and have you join in with our club activities.

Steve – on behalf of the QOC

Well what can I say...the QOC never cease to amaze me with their support of our club. I've been fed before at their BBQ's and can honestly say they put on a NICE spread! Thanks guys...looking forward to the weekend. 8)

We will of course bring some Irish food as usual for the barbie and will offer the usual help with various activities. All we need now is decent weather for the weekend.

Got my Ferries booked and hotel was booked few weeks back. I'm onboard!!

I'll be headin over in the Westie, but sadly, I'm stayin in Derbyshire an extra day so won't be coming back with you guys!

It's bloody cheap on the Ferries now.....anyone sitting on the fence now IS the time to get involved. €158 return!

I have a free seat going over if anyone wants to jump in!

For everyones information we are aiming to meet in the ferry port out side of the Stena check in at around 7.15am (check in is at least 40 mins beforehand)

So those coming from from outside of Dublin please plan appropriately to make it there on time.
