HI all,
Next two events as you can see from the calendar are Terenure this Sunday 5th July and Clay shooting in Wicklow Sun 12th July.
If you are going to Terenure please let me know by Wed and I can pre-register you.
Chef Damo will be providing his traditional barbecue fare at the Terenure show.
Let me know if you are coming to either of these events.
Regards,

Hi Charlie,

I’ll be there at the show, but I don’t think the car will be back on the road in time to bring it… :-(

Cheers,
Crispin

Good Morning,

I would love to join the gang for Terenure if you'll have me??

To be honest its Damo's cooking...I just cant keep away!

Also a bit of an odd one...My dad has just finished restoring his Fiat X19 Bertone and is dying to show it off. Would there be any room for him on the stand? I know its preference to Kit Cars so basically if after all the Kit Cars have a place then see what you can do ;)

Cheers!!! Fingers crossed for great weather! 8)

2 weeks of average rainfall fell in one hour last night... Do we reckon the pitches in Terenure will have drained by then?

If we get any more rain like that before Sunday, the 4x4 boys will be the only ones able to display...

Three days to go to Terenure. Come on out and play!!

It’s going to be a storm and I don’t mean the weather hopefully.

Damo has killed the fatted calf and plucked the Christmas turkey.

(no I said plucked!!!!)

I have stand booked so just pay on the gate if you have not sent in event form.

See you all there from 10am.

Regards

Tents up (thanks for the help John and Damo), grounds in good order. Tomorrows weather is for good start to day with evening showers. Show starts at 11.00am so try and be there around 10.00. Barbacue will be lit for early birds like me who will be on site from 9.00. Club's new gas Burco will be piping hot at that stage. Bring your own mug!!
Charlie

Big thanks to everyone today. I had a great time and saw some lovely cars and met some good people. Big thanks to everyone doing the food, and the good foresight in pitching a good sized tent that would keep all members dry and strays also!

Below is the picture of the day, of some people hard at work. I'd like to start a caption competition for the pic below...

"Too many people in the tent, let's smoke them out!"

Huge thanks to all who organised to day – pity about the weather but the cookin’ more then made up for it! Great display and good meeting up with everyone again.

Absolutely fantastic day guys!!

Myself, Theresa and Ben had a brilliant time, food was great an the wendy houses were perfect for keepin dry. Fair play to all involved - a lot of effort when into that, I'll definitely dig out more in future!!

Below, a link to Ben in the kiddie karts. He's in a white t-shirt and makes an incredible undertaking movement up the inside on a poor unsuspecting girl. Future champion! (its his first time driving too!!)
